File opening and complaints section receives criminal investigation reports from the police, crime reports from the Public and complaints from persons inured by an offence other than those for which proceedings are initiated by the state.
This section then processes a case fie from the documents received using Prosecution file Standard to ensure that all files are consistently prepared and concerned departments, prosecutors and advocates can efficiently use it.
This section is headed by a prosecutor, and it comprises of members experienced in performing administrative duties, providing excellent client service, maintaining accuracy and attention to details.
