Crimes Against State and Public Order Unit
The crime against state and public order unit is mandated to investigate and prosecute cases related to violations and interference with the normal operations of society, and crimes against sacred and values areas, norms, peace and security.
The crime against state and public order unit primarily focuses on the offensive conduct, as well to prevent individuals from engaging in conduct which is deemed dangerous to the local communities and government.
The crime against state and public order unit conducts the investigation proceedings in accordance with law, and handle the case related to the public safety crimes, organized and serious crimes such as Attempt, accomplice, conspiracy, disobeying the law, intimidation of the publics, false alarming to the authorities, causing disaster, treason, sedition, espionage, bearing arms against the state, waging war against the state, discloser of state secret.
The crime against state and public order unit performs their duties according to the guidelines prescribed by the Attorney General.
In addition to that, the unit is responsible to train the law enforcement agencies and to educate and provide public awareness raising about the crime against state and public order.
The crime against state and public order prosecution unit is led by highly trained and experienced prosecutor together with other prosecutors including female prosecutor, prosecution officers and paralegals who support the unit.
